Job Summary As a CASAC Counselor you will play a pivotal role in providing support, guidance, and treatment to individuals struggling with substance use disorders

You will work closely with the program's Medical Director to ensure compliance with OASAS and develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client

Additionally, you will implement our vision for the program, informed by a harm reduction model, by creating a safe, welcoming environment that combines substance use treatment services with more comprehensive care options

Roles and Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessment to evaluate clients' substance use, mental health, and psychosocial needs

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices
