Hematology/Oncology Physician – Outpatient Focus Location: Georgia Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 8am–5pm | No Nights | No Weekends Compensation: $500,000–$600,000 + Bonuses Are you looking to join a practice where you can truly make your mark? About the Practice Beautifully renovated facility with onsite infusion center Established referral base with a 3–4 week waitlist for new patients Focused on access, efficiency, and high-quality patient care Expansion plans underway, with potential additional clinic locations The incoming physician will work 4 days per week locally, helping meet growing demand while building their own patient panel
The Role Outpatient Hematology/Oncology See approximately 15–20 patients per day to start Majority hematology cases with room to grow oncology services Monday–Thursday schedule (8am–5pm) No nights, no weekends, and no phone calls required upon starting Optional future hospital rotations (with compensation increase) This role is ideal for someone who values quality over volume and wants to build lasting relationships within the community
Who They’re Looking For Board-certified/eligible Hematology/Oncology physician Comfortable practicing independently Strong communicator with drive and long-term vision Interested in growing with the practice and becoming part of the local community Both early-career and experienced physicians are welcome to apply
Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $500,000–$600,000 (depending on schedule) Sign-on bonus Relocation assistance Flexible PTO Additional $100,000 for eventual call participation Health insurance 401(k) retirement plan Partnership track available
