Roles & Responsibilities Clinical Duties ● Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments using standardized diagnostic tools. ● Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs for acute and chronic conditions (e.g., Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD). ● Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, meticulously monitoring effectiveness, side effects, and patient adherence. ● Provide psychoeducation to patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and long-term mental wellness. ● Monitor patient progress and adjust clinical interventions to ensure optimal recovery and stability
