Position Summary The RN Care Coordinator serves as the primary clinical liaison between patients and providers in a fast-paced, high-volume women's health practice
This role is responsible for managing telephone and patient portal triage, coordinating complex clinical workflows, tracking diagnostic testing and treatment plans, and ensuring timely follow-up for patients across multiple specialties
